Space and Odor

Where I live the houses are around 20-30ft apart from each other and my backyard is pretty small, I am also surrounded by 2 story houses so the only place I could put the plants (only 1-2) is next to the fence (wooden, cant see into yard unless really close). Is it ok if they dont get direct sunlight? And should I be worried about neighbors smelling them and reporting it?

They will smell it for sure if it gets big. Generally the plant smells louder on real hot days. Good luck dirrtyd

That all depends on genteics buy a low odor strain. I have some that wont smell until August then others i can smell in June. dirrtyd

depending on strain they coulld stink up the whole neighbourhood

They are just regs only around 3-4" right now, I was thinking of relocating them when they got bigger. Once you harvest them do they continue to produce bud? If I did relocate them I would only be able to get to them once a week, I'm in florida so it gets pretty hot, I think I heard that the best time to plant is at the end of april but I have no idea if thats true or not.

just think to yourself, what are the chances that NOONE will see the area your plant is in ALL SUMMER. if the chances are slim, then your girl is probably safe... but if someone sees it, especially in flower... there gonna mess with / kill / steal it. That being said... go to google maps and look around your neighborhood for slightly larger wooded areas... those around industrial areas are usually good as they are small enough that no one would ever go for a hike in there but large enough to provide some cover for your guerrilla grow.

my cat just ate all three plants in 1 min... I'm going to try again, there is a 250 acre park that has horse trails that go deep into the woods, I could totally ride into there and find a good spot. Is there enough nutrients in the soil to support them naturally? I dont need a big yield and they are just going to be regs seeds.

a good thing to look for are wild berries.
if the soil can support berries then it usually is a good spot to grow.

I am also assuming that if all the leaves were eaten then the plant is doomed
