Spacing question

I’m curious for my next grow if the spacing I have now is good or should I squeeze more plants in this 5x5 1000w lighting?5 gal felt now and 1 71/2 gal in center. Also is my pruning ok or am I doing to much. First time indoor. Also I’m on week 3 1/2 of 12 on 12 lighting. Thanks y’all

I'd say either train them more next time or pack in at least double that many plants.

This picture is a 4x4 tent under 600w HPS at 30 days of 12/12. There are 4 - 5gl smart pot, and 5 -3gl pots. And I have added 3 more 2 gallon pots to it as well.

As long as your air circulation and temps are good.

Thanks for the advice all these plants were from seed. As is it’s a pain just trimming with these plants. Lol. 4 strains total. 3 were feminized. the other strain I germinated. 5 seeds total with hopes of 1-2 males for cross pollination for my own strain. I ended up with 3 males. I threw away 1 kept the other two looking for traits I like for my out door grow. I should be gathering there pollen soon. Sativa dominant do well here in my coastal Southern California area the indicas last year I dealt with mold issues from morning moisture until about noon. Qube those were from clone right??

Half of that is from clone and the others are first runs from seed. There's 3 different strains in there atm.

You have space to fit more - I would ! I reckon you could easily fit twice as many plants in there. Good luck!

For my first grow I was cautious about spacing - I only decided to grow 6, but looking at it I had the space to grow at least 10.

Live and learn right i normally would top about 3 times per veg. But I had 9 plants total in the space with 5 plants undetermined sex. So I only topped once Incase I I only had 1 male. But ended with 3. Lol I can’t wait to give myself a headache when I start pollinating my clones. Any advice on that future endeavor??

You know that whole set up except for a 30$ oscillating fan was only 950.00$ after shipping from hydrobuilder.com tent light fan ducting charcoal filter hang ties. Then they fucked up and shipped me 2 tents and it’s not cheap canvas either. future veg room
