The community is currently being spammed by unsolicited emails (probably from a a stolen mailing list) - Be aware and please read below - This makes very interesting reading.

[FONT="]website are 30% less than most of the market leaders but we add on vat[/FONT]
[FONT="]for UK and EU customers only leaving the rest of the world to save[/FONT]
[FONT="]money.[/FONT]

[FONT="]Who are we? J.S.D used to be one of the most respected seed wholesalers[/FONT]
[FONT="]until about 5 years ago but we only sold to the wholesale market and[/FONT]

Dont stress. I know the predicament you are in. In fact, I would be very
surprised if anybody starts trusting us until weve been back in business
for at least a year.
We have a number of articles about to be published as well as going out by
email over the next few weeks giving a full history of why J.S.D
originally closed down and how and why we decided to start up as a
retailer rather than going down the route of quiet wholesaler again so im
not going to go into a long history lesson right now (time for bed [/FONT]J[FONT="] )
but you will know all my inner secrets very shortly.
As far as law enforcement is concerned...lol...Ive only had the
displeasure of being involved with law enforcement when it was my hands
that were in cuffs. That was MANY years ago.
To be fair I dont know where your email address came from. Since I
decided back in January to relaunch the company as Universal Seeds I have
trolled a lot of websites and made a number of connections with webmasters
and when I told them my goal about bringing all the overseas pricing down
they were all with me. As a result some of the contacts which I got on my
mailing list were dontated. Not quite ethical I agree and I suppose it
doesnt give a very good impression of me but hey, all for the greater
good.
Whether you buy from me or not keep in touch. What kind of seeds do you
normally buy and from where (dont need to know your address or whether or
not you are growing my souvenirs [/FONT]J[FONT="] )

JSD is (probably) not a real seed company - so this entire email is a scam - JSD is (probably) an abbreviation of John Smith Design which is (probably) another phoney company of Mr Steve Adams -AKA - Dodgy dave, AKA Unismoker (rollitup), AKA Unismoker1 (Grasscity) AKA Free the Plant (face book) etc etc etc.
You are not the only contact who has been emailed and wondered how they got your details.
Be very careful with Mr Universal-seeds as he can talk the hind legs of a donkey - they only had their website up for a few hours before we knew about it ( thankyou to our valued friends in the MJ community for watching our backs) and when we looked at it it was an identical copy to our shop including categories, spelling mistakes abbreviations that proved it was a clone. I also have screenshots and page copies to prove it - they have now altered the site so as to not reveal what they (probably) did.
As you can imagine those who were ripped of were shocked and saddened that someone who was given such a great opportunity would repay that chance by stabbing the hand that fed them.
I would like anyone out there to make their own free opinion of Universal Seeds - just look at the website and judge fro yourself if they are actually interested in the community and not just a money making exercise - or ask Dodgy Dave ( Aka (probably) Steve Adams ) directly how he got your email - sales@universal-seeds.com you will find that (probably) everyone on the universal email list is (probably) a customer of Sensible Seeds.

I am forwarding the message from Universal Seeds I got on August 17th. I was very suspicious of it, and both of my operating systems warned me about the email they sent me, both Windows and Linux. I thought the message may have come from a governmental agency as a ruse. Your newsletter just identified what I had received from that company. It sounds like someone who needs a basic course on ethics.
For all I know, you may not have even seen one of these letters, because I doubt they ever sent one to you, so I forward this letter to you for clarity. I think I got 2 of them. We all like low prices, but I am sure that a lot of people would not condone ripping off a company one was working for in order to start a business of their own.
