Speed Queen Germ issues?

I just did 4 speed queens from seed, and it looks like only 1 wants to play ball. It was strange, they all cracked, and the tap root went about 1"-2" down - but then they stopped. No growth in the last 7 days. 1 for sure did not make it, 1 is ok and the other two are so far behind the other strains I cant decide if I should chuck them and start a couple new ones.

I also germ'ed Satori, White Widow, and Trouble maker - lost one Satori (it was a crappy looking seed honestly) the other are all doing great.

I put them in humidy dome, in moist rock wool on top of a heating pad. After they beak the surface they go into 4" coconut fiber pots before eventually going to into 5 gallon grow bags.

I am not knocking manadala seeds, I am just wondering if Speed Queen is looking for something different or maybe even just germs real slow.
