Spider farmer 4000 hanging height

Hi guys I bought one of these lights and I have maybe 20 seedlings under it right now in solo cups. My question is does anyone know what height to hang these at? I have mine at about 30inches dimmed to 60% but feel like it’s not enough light maybe. I can’t find any info on this . If any one knows the different height and setting for different stages of growth be greatly appreciated. Thx . Used to HPS this is my first led

I run @ 100%. Keep new seedlings to the side for 3+ days before moving them under the light.
I would only dim if the hang height is limited.
