okay so Ive been trying everything to get rid of these fuckers and so far nothings totally worked, im about to cut the plant within the week and my ? is, will the mites move from the fan leaves into the buds, will they ruin all my hard work? any imput is greatly apretiated

No, they will not ruin your bud, and at this stage of the game, there is nothing to be done about it. You may want to consider water curing to drown the bastards so they do not continue to pillage the buds during drying and curing. Unfortunately, pesticides should not be used during the flower phase.
