im like late 3 weeks into flower, used open sesame already 3 times but ive had a spider mite infestation, on my other grows by this time lots of bud spots would have sprung up lots of white hairs but on this one not alot at all, is it cause the spider mites? Used azamax 2 days ago and will use it again tomorrow night and again for the remainder of the 2 weeks to kill them all off.

Also should i do another round of open sesame or just go with beastie bloom now and will i have small buds now cuz the lil suckers messed my stuff up?

I don't know why everyone keeps saying to use these Hot Shots no pest strips for mites. I have tried them several times and they will not even kill whiteflies. Serious

I haven't had much luck with Pet Strips either. Not willing to turn my exhaust off for them to work properly I think. I am using the Azamax in my reservoir. Just added it recently and will be able to report on it soon.

I have never seen pest strips catch spidermites.
Spray them with a good miticide for plants and hope for the best. Yes they will dramatically reduce your harvest.
Thorough clean out after harvest.

yeah i've been using azamax, used 2 times already in the last 6 days i gotten it, sucks i had to buy another one fedex A HOLES left my package at my door without knocking and someone stole it... but yeah its working well, a lil more white hairs are starting to show up, will my buds get any bigger now should i start the beastie bloom or another week of open sesame? cause the chart says beastie bloom but was wondering if it would help out giving another week of open sesame.

I will use the azamax for another week to ensure all mites are gone, been using the spray mix and works well dont see any webs anymore and maybe 1 or two mites if not none not sure yet but i 100% recommend this product.

Thank you all for your replies though

The Pest Strips don't catch anything. Different type. The Pest Strips emit a chemical that falls on the plant, hence why you need to use them in a closed environment for them to do their thing. They aren't the sticky type.
