Never had these bastards on my cannibas, but I did have them in Inpatients. They spin webs in all flowers. I spanked them with Neem oil and removed the plants from my deck area. The good news is they did recover!

I think I’m just over thinking literally everything because it’s my first grow so I order some flower shield spray from humboldt secrets but I don’t wanna spray till I’m sure
I don't see the bugs in the photo. Anyway, I'd just let it do its thing and not worry about it. Unless it dries out really fast for some reason, I'd avoid watering while it straightens out because if it's too wet your sprout is more susceptible to damping off. That's death for them.
Yes, I don't see any spider mites either. I think your mistaking perlite for bugs, or did I just blaze away a whole year and it's April fools day again?
