How many times should i should spray my crop with insecticide without harming my girls.

once and you should go organic get some lady bugs from your local horta shop

Spraying just once, depending on the 'stuff' will kill the mites, but not the eggs repeat doses may be needed. Spider mites reproduce in 7 days. (and they all don't fuck on fridays either)

Canadian Xpress Spray Safe does the trick!
