Spots on auto leaves

Im getting spots on my leaves on my two plants. They like 3 days being 7 weeks. One northern lights and one gorilla glue. Both are autos. Growing in super soil. Only thing ive done differently is i switched to run off rain water a week ago. I have just started back with day old tap water. Any help would be appreciated

Rain water doesn’t contain trace elements/minerals like tap water does. Would have been beneficial to use calcium/ magnesium when you watered with the rain water. The fact that the spots showed up when you stopped watering with tap is the # 1 sign.

Thanks. I was pretty sure that was the problem.
I have some cal/mag coming today. In the meantime ive been back to using dsy old tap water.
