I'm in week 1 of veg do you have to spray your plants with water and if you do when do you do it and is it alright if I let ir grow regular with no topping or lst

you dont need to mist. lst and topping are optional and really depends on your personal preferance, although i do reccomend you try at least a little lst and topping you can go w/o it fine.

Id top instead of lst.I had better results from it.Check out uncle bens guides.

personally, I like to spray my plants about every month or so & soak them down good.it cleans the pores & helps them to breath or so i read. best to do at the end of their day so the waterspots don't concentrate the light & cause burn spots. also make sure you don't get any water on the bulbs when warm.

I have done both with no negative results. Except when I sprayed with the lights on, then the next day my plant had light green burn spots! Always spray with the lights off if you do choose to.
