Sprouted seeds

Hey all!
first time growing from seed,
My seeds have sprouted, they are in rapid rooters in a tray under a dome.

I have a t5 light and am wondering if i should turn it on now and how long do i run the light for ?

Run it either 24 hrs per day or 18 on 6 off. 24 hours is better the first couple of weeks if they need extra warmth during the winter. You don't need a dome with seedlings, just with clones, I wouldn't use it.

Domes are for clones only
Edit keep the T5 2-6 inches from plants
