Sprouting in Rockwool — Hydro Grow

Hi guys

ok so this is my first time growing and I have 3 different strains of seeds in individual rockwool cubes, in a dome with a heating pad (just enough to make it humid inside) and some lights on top.

it’s been ~4 days and the 1st one just broke through the top of the cube.

Should i keep it in there for a few more days to give the others time to pop/ feed it with Cal Mag maybe when it’s a bit bigger?
Also just slightly paranoid the little sprout will burn

your growing in a hydroponic medium there is no food for the plant only what you give it. when my plants are seedlings i give them ro water and a base fertilizer like a micro grow bloom 3 part base. giving them "only" cal mag is not a good idea lol not in rockwool bro

The one thing you do not want to do is air prune the tap root. I put the seedling into whatever I am using (coco for me)as soon as I spot the tap root coming out of bottom of the rock wool.
