Sprouts completely wilted... help!!

I figure that this happened due to underwatering because Ive just been misting the tops of the soil for the last few days, but didnt realize the water level was so low.

Do you think this wilting is due to not enough water, or due to too much?

I have thoroughly moisturized the soil and am now waiting for them to recuperate, how soon can I expect them to start perking up?

Hard to say. Usually people tend to over water. Let the soil dry out and see what happens.

well check the pics, they didnt seem to upload the first time. It seems as if the leaves are getting more towards the dry side? It's hard to tell really...

what can I do to check? The soil is quite moist, is it possible that I'll lose one or two of em now?
