Started flowering but had to go back to vegetative

I have a couple plants that are about 2 months old or so, grown from seeds, that I just started flowering a couple days ago. But I'm about to be moving, and decided to try cloning for the first time because I have some very nice Fruity Pebbles, one of which I want to make a mother plant and get clones from.

Right now I just have a couple grow boxes in my bedroom (one for veg, one for flowering) so I have space limiting me. But I'm moving into a house where I'm going to be growing in the basement and will have much more room.

I'm going to be moving in a couple weeks hopefully, so I decided to just put them back into veg state so as soon as I move into the new place, I can get clones and start those all up, and start my flowering again.

Is it bad to change the light cycle back to 18/6 to put them back into veg mode for a couple more weeks until I move? How will this affect the plants?

If they have only been switched to flower for a couple days, they may not of "switched yet" so putting them back on the veg schedule probably won't hurt them at all. If you were weeks to over a month, it might stress them depending on the strain and genetics.
If your going to do it, do it now. I would go 24/0 just to make sure they get the idea.

I'm a little worried about the future clones, because the plants started getting branchy for the budding sites. Here are some pics. The first 2 show each of the 2 Fruity Pebbles plants. The last pic shows some of the other 2 plants as well. You can see the lighter green areas where the budding sites will be.

Do you think I'm going to have any problems with the clones because the branches that I'm going to be using for them have already started preparing for flowering?

You should not have any problems. I took lower cuttings from a female that was into flower and put it into veg nutes and 24/0 light after it rooted out. It switched back to veg in no time and is now creating new growth. I am going to make a mother out of one of those.
Some say if you have small starting flowers, pull them off and it will make it root and switch to veg quicker.
