You need to bury that stem up to the first set of leaves. you let them stretch way to much. bad lighting im assuming from the get go. once you have done that they will be way less flimsy. Then its a matter of getting that light your using close enough to make them bush out and get taller. If your using floros def want to be within 2" away. Once your stem is buried roots will shoot out from it. If you want I would put a litle root hormone on that stem and then bury it. Add a little to your water for the next few waterings and your roots should shoot off. This also means upgrade to 1 gallon pot or bigger if you choose. GL

Get some better soil to. Add some perlite, they love being able to breath. Start with all that and see from there :D

CoCo is better in 100% form, my 3 gallon smart bags with 100% coir will be one big sponge, when root ball forms. that will hold more nutes and suppply for mire roots at a time no way im gonna add perlite and sacrifice root area, and i use Drip clean so i water every day but not on the Seedlings, they just recieved a very light mix of nutes. Plus my smart bags breath 360 degrees

I'm sorry them are seedling? Their really stretched:clap: I thought they look like clones:lol: You need to put'em about 16" or so from the light till they get going! What kind of dirt if it's time to transplant check the roots?

Looks to me more like there's no strength in the stems to hold the platns up due to their stretching. There must be lots of root for lots of leaves.
