Starting 9th week of flower - chop at the end or keep going? Seeds :(

Starting the 9th week of flower - white widow
3 out of 5 plants show seeds (I think it's only the 3) - the one in the back right corner worst of all, back left corner and front right corner. Guess there's nothing to be done about it now - I'm not sure what caused it, maybe the final defoliation I did 3.5 weeks ago?
First grow so I guess I'm still learning. Why is the one plant so much redder than the other? All same genetics from the same place.
Finish the week out and chop?
Keep going for 10 weeks?
I took a photo of a bud from each individual plant.

I'm sure someone will find something but to me, looks good!

I think one more week would be good.

This is just a personal choice at this point, but if you're seeded, you're seeded. I would just let it ride and grow them out to optimum ripeness. It's not the end of the world, seedy weed is just fine in my book, brings back good memories!

I had nanners try to come thru like this but not fully develop and still produced seedless buds.

Worst case scenario should make for decent squish. As for question it depends how you like your high, you want psych head taker down, want uppy functional giver a week and a bit, want couch lock sleepys wait two and a bit.
