Ok well here we go I have decided to go soil after a month or so Of thinking im going aero 
Guess im going to start a journal on my grow room as it progresses...
so I have 2 grow boxes one is done with all but ventilation. Im going to use 1x 125W full spectrum cfl with 2x computer fans as ventilation.
now My flower box is the one I have not started on but will in a few days... it measures in at 30"x16"x60" it already has pre-cut holes from my last grow which did not work out I most likely will get a new back piece to the cabinet because the wholes are so awkwardly placed (will post pics in a day or so) for this (the flower cab) im going to be using a 150W hps with ballast enclosed gonna get a lil hot in there with out adequate vent even if it is only 150W...
So I was thinking for exhaust I can use 4" duct work with a nice inline fan (NEED RECOMMENDATIONS) I will need a good enough fan to extract the heat from my lamp and at the same time not be to loud
now for intake I can set it up so that theres a hole right in the lower middle of the cabinet and I can set up a 4" hole with some duct work and use my 80 CFM inductor fan Inductor 4 In. In-line Duct Fan - DB204 at The Home Depot

what Kind of fan should I get,
