Starting a Journal

Can someone please tell me how i can start a journal on here as i can't seem to get one started... I have 3 plants on the go at the mo in a closet with a 150w sun-master duel spectrum light and with fans I've got the temp at 80F - 85F through the day and down to 70F - 75F at night. that are just been sexed and i think they are doing really well. They are about 50 - 60cm at the mo and I'm looking to grow up to about 1m before i start flowering properly... I am using Ionics feed for soil with silicon and pH down...

I found the whole journal process frustrating. I could not attach pics to followup messages and requests for help went unanswered.

If you dont have RIU buddies following your journal, it will go largely unread. Its fine if you want to keep the journal for your own record
