starting from seed

i started germinating 10 Aurora B. seeds from flying dutchmen at 9:00pm saturday sep. 6 and im really excited! i used a heating pad with humididty dome and put my seeds in 1" rockwool cubes moist with ph 5.5 water, and set them in a dark room. im guessing 24 to 48 hours before they crack and show tthier first roots and about a week before they sprout...

thats where im stuck, once they sprout should i put them under my flourescents for 18/6 and continue using 5.5 water untill roots start showing then do i transplant into my expanded clay and start feeding?

i am using advance nutrients sensi 2 part with alll the addititves and goodies.

i will be using a 1000w MH air cooled for vedge but when should i introduce my babies to the strong light

They can go under your MH pretty soon. I don't know about 1000 watts, but I plant seeds and put them directly under 400watt MH no problem. I use little peat plugs, same idea as your RW cubes, and I wait until roots show and I've transplanted to feed. And even then I start out with very small amounts. ~1mL/gallon. And your timetable is going to be more like two-three days to germinate but only 24-36 hours to sprout after planting.
