Starting my plants.

Right now i have 2 seedlings in a pc grow box i made, Im not planning to keep them in there, im just using it to start them out earlier. The only problem is that sometimes im not at home to turn the lights on or off, when this happens ive just been putting them on my windowsill, is this ok? My window gets quite a bit of sun throughout the day.

it wont really gain/lose much from the lighting in your house, the suns light should be sufficent, just make sure your plant gets sum periods of darkness (i think plants can never get to much light when it really comes down to it)

no big deal puttin em in the windowsill but i never see growers mentioning that plants do alot of growing when the light is off as well. so dont rush it or get ur plant on a schedule (vegging)that you wont keep.....be Consistent with everytrhing you do. dont make lots of changes to light schedule....what happens usually when u wake up in morning....you are rested and ready for the day. if u got a light use it 18 hrs a day

if you live in an apartment and your not on ground level, put in on your balcony as long as its not to big, and if you live in a house try to setup so that adjacent balconies/porches cannot see or people below the balcony cannot see. ie: line plywood all around the edges to just try not to cast a big shadow on the balcony.
