Here are some scope shots of some smaller tree tops off two low branches that I cut for clones. My question is - these are still clear, right? Or are they a little milky? I am seeing a little more than half of the pistils turning orange now, so I am starting to look at trichomes.
I did my first grow last summer, and chopped at the end of week 8, which would be 5 days from now with this grow. The current grow is clones from the same plant. Mistakes were made; very little pruning, no flush before harvest, and I think I harvested too early. The buds ended up being a bit wispy and the smoke is a bit harsh. A bit racey and heady. I thought I was seeing mostly cloudy and even a few amber trichs. But it's some rando bagseed sativa. Shouldn't really be ready at 8 weeks.
This time I want to give it a full 12 weeks.
