Decided to start a fresh journal now that my epically long build of the cab is over and its almost time to concentrate on the most important part.. The growing!
In this cab im trying out a $170 120w LED panel from eBay, it is listed to have 112 x 1w Lights
STRAINS
1 x Grinspoon FEM. I know that my light and cab size are probably not suited for it. But i really really wanted to give it a shot anyways, its so interesting i had to try!
2 x White Widow REG. This is probably better suited for the cab. Im running two of them because they are REG and im hoping for one female.
THE PLAN
The plan is to wait until the 20th of feb and give the second white widow to sprout and also give the other two a couple of days to chill before switching it all to 12/12.
Im doing this to try and keep their size down and small enough for the light to manage as well.

THE HOUSE
The cabinet that the grow will be in, its 100cm high, 100cm wide and 50cm deep
The guts ripped out to clean it up, light proof and paint it up
Floor put in and caster wheels added for easy movement
The fan set up im using, 2 120mm fans
I intially started with a double door design
An idea ill try out if the LED does not work too well, will only use this set up during winter time tho unless i get air con in my house. Itll get far too hot for the fans im using
The LED panel that im using, it cost me $170 at the time and is supposed to be a 120w with 112x1w LED lights with alledgedly 620-630nm and 660nm of red, 450-460nm and 460-470nm of blue wavelength provide
How they look like on
I ended up with a large one door because i sucked at making the two doors light proof
The end cab being tested with my 1x130w CFL for a few days to heat test the system, after that ill put the LED in and tidy up all the wiring and have it safely tucked away
