Stealth grow outdoors? how can it be done.

Hello everyone, i need some help. I have indoor grow set up but decided its not worth the space and noise. I was wondering since its a good time to put plants outside right now in Norcal so i wanted to build a grow box that i can place outdoors. the thing is, i dont want neighbors or the landlord to be able to look inside the box just by looking at it. I was wondering if i use like a hazzy clear vinyl over a open top box form, would there be enough light to grow some good meds? or will it not allow enough light thru? whats the best possible option of going about this? thanks in advance.
