Stem Snapping or Cracking?

i see most are posting to start curing before the stem snaps. i tested on yesterday and it cracked but ddin't snap but the flower was still pretty moist..

does this sound like its ready for a jar. what about buds that i don't have a lot of stems??? do i wait till they get dry to touch or the leaves are crunchy?

Only difference between drying and curing is the jar. Curing is drying just at a much slower pace.
So put it in a jar when you feel its ready. The more moist it is just means the jar has to burped more.

I myself wait until the bud feels dry to touch (not too dry) before putting it in a jar. Because it will rehydrate the buds while the lid is on and will help so the bud doesn't smell green
