stems roting

the stems on my plants seem to roting right above the rockwool. I have a drip system and am growing WW. The plants are about 1 ft tall and seem to be healthy otherwise. one is almost roted in half. what can i do to save my plants?

not wet. on a dripper set to water 15min and off 1 hr. th ewater doesn't drip directly on plant either.

the obvious choice seems to be, ease up on the drip. maybe on for 15 minutes every 3 hours. if it's rotted halfway through it's done. take it out back and shoot it.....after you take clones of course.
