Hey doop, welcome aboard RUI!

.

- Who do you think that you'll be selling to? University students; blue collar; cannaseur bud?

The first thing we have to determine is what your needs are - do you just care about volume, push trash regardless of quality of high, or do you want a mix of volume and potency

.

- Describe your grow room - dimensions; possible heat or ventilation problems; odour dangers; etc

Some strains stink like dead skunk, others have little smell; some grow like bamboo, others like shrubs.

.

The first strains that I would look at are:

Endless Sky - Dr Greenthumb: 6 week pheno; 500 g/m2 sog; one of the most potent indica stones on the planet

.

Chocolope - DNA: 8 week haze; head high; tastes like ...

.

Personally I would grow two, offer your clients the option of a Cannabis Cup sativa high or indica stone, and charge more for that option being available. The world doesn't need another Mexican dirt weed grower, get them high!

.

Kash Krop Ken has some great strains that carry both yield and potency.

I I can tell you this much, you cant go by the flower times that are listed with the plant specs,at least in my exsperence anyway,I had a plant that was supposed to finish in 8 to 10 weeks, well it was more like 12 weeks, and my grow room is set up with the best of everything, well almost everything.its much nicer than anyone else I know growing so the plants didnt have any stress to delay harvest.but I guess you can use the plant specs as a general reference, you can spend hours reading on differant strains and still not be able to choose what you want. good luck
