Strains for CBD oil production?

Which strains would you use for CBD oil production? Or would you just use hemp? and if so, where do you buy seeds?

Some people feel it's bst to have some thc which works alongside the CBD. Herlerquin BCX4 (think I got that right) is a BCBD mostly cbd sativa hybrid strain. I also am growing Sebring's Revenge (Sebring Seeds) in Washington. Haven't harvested yet but they grow nice. 20% cbd and 5% thc. Those are the 2 I'm familiar with. There are more.
