i had 2 LaCon freebies i gave away. i have no interest in strains that are stinky. it's supposed to be stony too and is mostly afghani i believe which still makes me wonder about it's claims to trippiness. i had SOME pineapple strain a couple years ago. i don't know which one, but it was OK. more stony than i like, but functional. i pretty much like getting high only, or at least on the high side of euphoric mids that are at least functional. the strains i'd recommend are jack's cleaner 2 - trippy, euphoric, touchy feely, warm & fuzzy, with a manageable stone sweet haze - maybe not "the real deal", but fruity, up & mildly trippy in just 9 weeks haze x skunk - motivational, euphoric, lightly trippy, potent, long lasting, & tolerance friendly 8 miles high - perfectly neutral energy, euphoric, playful, lightly trippy with precise body control cinderella 99 - euphoric, clearheaded and energetic... 1 dimensional and not good for chilling, but great work & activities weed in 55 days lemon skunk - more motivational than skunk #1 with a really euphoric high and a lemongrass flavor with a "golden glow" that suits the flavor sour cream - as stony as skunk #1 and blueberry when they're functional, but way better tasting. the buzz is OK, but the taste is awesome malawi gold - i had to cut it down early when it got burned, but it showed me some really nice potential for being the trippiest bud i ever grew. it might become my favorite, but it's no worse than way better than street beasters CH9 jack - a nice potent euphoric mid in a compact indica structure, but not skunky or too stony. sativa trans-love - has a decent fruity flavor and generic haze buzz, but once you flip that strain, it leaves most of these in the dust for how fast it makes nice sized buds. i think it even smoked CH9 jack & sour cream. it's a noob friendly mild high you can get some yield out of. it would tame a lot of sweet haze stretch without diluting that strain's fruitier and trippier traits too much. it's funner than C99 anyways will keep my eyes open to see if anyone names some new strains that get you high. i'm still looking for better, and the info isn't easy to come by. once again... the forum's refusing to format 1 strain per line or even recognize paragraphs. strains on my shopping and/or wish list would include:old timer's haze, grape krush, grape stomper, jack f7, the third dimension, chocolope, cannalope haze, mekong haze, columbian gold & black, panama, blue dream, jillybean, A11 genius, super silver haze 1 x pure chitral kush & C+ (not critical+, but an orange flavored cali-o hybrid). strains to test i already have include: super cali haze, jack 33, 25% NL5 x columbian, full moon, critical jack, buddha's sister, buddha's sister x G13 haze, C99 x blueberry & pineapple express as well as the C99 crosses i've already tinkered with and maybe 1 or 2 of the UFOs i have, but kandy kush and amsterdam skunk are going to get gifted to someone who doesn't mind funk in their room like i do. my handle is a tribute to the super cali haze freebie i got that had a kink in it's roots just below the surface that stunted it to a single gram top cola in a funny little plant i still got seeds out of that tasted like grape juice when grown under a halide. if you want to improve the flavor of your strains, add some halide lighting or even switch to it entirely for full spectrum. you'll lose some yield, but gain quality, especially with sativas according to DJ shorts and probably DR atomic too as he does have a metal haze that was bred under halides only.
