Strains

So I am curious about strains.

I have an interesting story on how I got my plants, and literally they just started growing in my small backyard without any of my knowledge, and thanks to a really dumb grower and the improper actions of police.

I have no idea what I'm growing, they aren't doing horrible, but by no means excellent.

Any advice on ways to try and identify what I have, maybe even a little bit?

I can pretty much say I have all indica plants.

pix would help, but even at that, it's pretty hard, near impossible even, to know a strain of cannabis strictly by looks imo... the best you might get is mostly indica, mostly sativa, etc, etc.

I imagine it's easier when in flower, I still have probably another month before I start flowering, although I'm getting impatient.
