Strange leaf discoloration at week 4

It would appear that there is a discoloration on the two biggest leaves at week 4 of this auto amnesia, I gave them General hydroponics nutes at week 3, I’m thinking perhaps it’s a ph fluctuation, I’m just giving water only for a while ph at 6.3 If you could shed some light on this that would be great.

looks like either ph or they weren't ready for nutes. Hard to say though

If it's only ones touching the dirt I wouldn't worry about it.

Thank you for your replies gentlemen, I’ll lay off the nutes for now and ensure proper ph hopefully they won’t get stunted.
