strange looking buds

so im getting ready to harvest some super lemon haze at the moment and I am noticing the buts are kinda oddly shaped.. like a pine cone almost. im still somewhat new to this all so it might be something common but I just wanted to know if you all have seen this.. 3 of my 4 babies are growing similar but I have a few pics from the one with the most pronounced pine cones.. if you have seen it what im mainly wondering is what they look like all dried and cured because while I may be new to growing im not new to buying weed lol and I have never seen buds like this.. What are you using for lighting?
and how close is it?

600w hps cool tube bout 36-48" away temps about 80 at its highest

try about a foot to a foot and a half off

But make sure you drop the light only like 6-8inches per day,it's not used to the full power of the light,but it will adapt fast

It's just fox-tailing, i'm too lazy to explain it right now so just google the term and i'm sure you'll find out what it is and it's causes. Definitely fox-tailing.

Good looks! From what I read its a good thing pretty much bonus bud growth.. Any idea how it looks after drying? I think they look cool it'd be cool if they stayed like that

Many of the hazes foxtail, harder handle but gorgeous to look and grow IMHO. Enjoy

that's one of the best looking foxtails i've ever seen! they seem inevitable in the summer with the higher temps and all.
