strange looking

wetookaclone off of our papaya plant and started it in my hydro ph perfect lighting perfect the right amount of chems just dont know why the clone looks like this.

First there is no perfect lightning or nutrients feed !
Every plant needs it own characteristics so this one may have some problem with light or feedin or even water !
LoL im kidding don't get upset !

So this is a Nitrogen Toxicity ! She must be taking too much Nitrogen !
Reduce the amount of nitrogen that is being fed to the plants. If you are feeding extra nutrients, cut down. If you are in the flowering / budding stage, make sure you're using a formula that's specifically meant for flowering, or else it will have too much nitrogen.
If you are not feeding extra nutrients, you may have "hot" soil that has been supplementing with extra nutrients. In that case, flush your plants with filtered, pH'ed water to help leech out the extra nitrogen.
Effected leaves likely won't recover, but you should stop seeing the problem spread to more parts of the plant.

so what ur saying is check all my cems and see what one has the highest nitrogenj and cut back on it.

We're your plants starting to flower when you took the clones? That looks like a plant reverting back to veg afte being triggered to flower.
