I always overplant too, so I have a little free stand out front of my house where all the "extra" stuff goes. I'm on a dead end road in the country, only about 100 houses, and people stop by and just pick up what they need. This year I had zuchinni, peppers (fresno, and serrano), Garlic (purple stripe), Italian torpedo onions, roma tomatos, and several different varieties of "eating" tomatos. Yesterday I was working in the yard and someone pulled up, grabbed a couple tomatos and yelled "You're so nice". I hate to see anything go to waste, and it's a karma thing.I always plant way more than I need
