Hey guys - newbie here. I'm having a problem with my plants stretching. I've already moved the lights down and everything, but what are my options with my stretched out plants? They're starting to grow leaves. Can I just make sure they stay supported and keep growing? Tips are very much welcome! :-|

sounds like you are in the beanling stage; if so, transplant up the the cotyledons (bean leaves) and you will be fine; the stem will eventually put out roots, and the plant will not stretch as badly with propper lighting.

We need to know more about what you are running. What kind of lights are you using? How old are your plants? What does your grow room look like? After we know more we can help you...

If your plants are in small containers i would consider re potting them and bury them down until maybe and inch from the bottom of the first node, then keep your lights close. i made the same mistake with mine but now with 8 23 watt cfls transplanting and a little tlc they are 2 ft tall, bushy and 1 week into flowering.
