Stretching

I am on day 2 and 1/2ish and a few of my seedlings are starting to show signs of what i think is stretching. Im using 3* 24w CFLs and a humidome thingy. Am I just paranoid? how long will they grow before the second internode? when should i switch to my 400w MH?

i would start the mh in a week.....i would do 24/0 for the first week with the floro's and the following week mh it for 18/6

what about the stretching?

its hard to tell without pics....if you feel your plants are stretching then move the lights closer....

Toothpicks work well for the stretching x)

i wouldnt worry about streching personaly. but id throw another 24 watt or 2 in there and take off the humidor that made my last 4 stretch bad and the leaves got all fucked up from the the heat or sumthing.. heres a few pics 1 week old with few humidor and 1 without humidor same strains.

the ones with the humidor were stunned alittle and u can see how much they streched by looking at the base of the stem to the starter leaves.

and the starter leaves got all deformed... id take it off but thats just me.

but the two that where in the humidor are also soil and the one thats raging is dro so i dont know if it took off cause of hydro reasons vs soil or what


and yes i burnt the dro with that light there.. lol... sux
