Hi guys,
I am new to this forum and it is my first grow I bought 4 Hindu KushXSkunk clones from local dispensary 5 days ago (about 6" tall). Rushed into things and made couple of crucial mistakes, and now paying dearly for it I would like to grow my plants outside in pots. Here is what I did:
* Clones were in the rockwool cubes and only 1 clone was showing thin roots (which were not sticking out for some reason), so I think they haven't completely rooted?! Despite all that I transplanted them into 5g containers with holes (70% potting soil, 20% Perlite, 10% vermiculite) Watered each with 1/2 gallon of tap water (I let it sit for 24 hours) and 1 tsp of Pure Blend Pro Grow.
* I took them outside into direct sunlight where they spend a day. They wilted and I had to bring them inside
* I bought 26W CFL bulbs for each and they seem to come back to life
* Next day I decided to bring them outside for couple of hours. It didn't work out too great as they wilted again. One of them was in a very very bad shape with lower leaves turning yellow
* I place them back into my room under CFL lights. I put a humidity dome on one that was almost dead. It does look like they've perked up back (even the one that was almost dead)
* Now I have 3 clones sitting in my room with an open window under 26w cfl each, and one sitting in a dome recovering.
My ph is too high ~7.5 so I am planning to water them today by adding some lemon juice. I am keeping them on 18/6 schedule.
I know I made a lot of mistakes, but is there a way to salvage them? When can I take them outside? My room gets 2 hours of sunlight in PM, should I still try to expose them to direct sunlight to harden them off? Should I wait till they root? Now that they are in the soil how do I know when they root? Please advise.
Thanks in advance
