Sudden spots appearing in middle of leaves

Hi everyone,

Sorry yet another newbie question. But this appeared extremely aggressively and I'd like to know how to stop it from spreading.

I've attached a photo that's just a day or two apart. One almost perfect and then the other with these spots as if someone scrapped off the top layer of the leaves.

This is being grown in soil and using hipargero grow lights. Temps are on the warmer wide of around 30ish degrees celsius (I live near the equator, so it's always hot)

Any help appreciated!

Looks hungry and those pots look small from the pic.
I would just transplant to a bigger pot of quality soil rather than leave it in that pot and try to fix it by feeding it.
Good Luck!
