Good morning,
I'm looking at going to a festival in Oregon this summer(late July, to be exact) and am planning to include a layover in Washington or Colorado. Here is my question. Is the weed friendliness of the two areas reserved for people who live there? Of those two places, is one of them more open to well behaved outsiders? I'm hoping to spend a day unwinding and vaping in a park or something like I used to do in Amsterdam and/or do a toke and talk.
