Sun Systems HPS 150???

I am starting a new project for the Christmas break. I want to build a small and stealthy grow cabinet. I can only go with the Sun Systems HPS 150 light setup. Really don't want to have any more power consumption than that right now. What type air ventilation will I need for this cabinet? It will be approximately 32Lx24Wx48H This cabinet will be setup for flowering only. It will also be setup for SCROG so it will have the capability to be a veg room as well. I will be using CFLs for veg. Also will be growing in soil. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The light will be hot at first, so make sure you have good distance from your tops. I think, with my sun systems HPS 150, it took about 4 to 6 weeks before it 'cooled' a bit.. though bulbs could be different intensity/length of initial intensity but I have used a tower or good oscillating fan and about 140 cfm outtake fan. (used two 120mm fans on a old computer system I have) as long as you can get good air flow in/out you should be ok.. it does not get too hot.
