super hps 400watt

my bulb is a 400 watt super hps grow 10% more light than standard hps lamps ideal output for optimised photosynthesis with added red in the spectral output for bountiful flowering and max harvest t46 55,000 lumens life hrs 24,000 www.plant-lighting.com and www.hydrogarden.com as it says 10% more light than standard hps lamps does that mean i got really a 440watt output.

im not sure about the output but i have the same light hotilux eye super hps works great
