Super Nube - Please Help! Plants always die after 2 weeks (Pics)

Hey guys. I'm on my first grow. I've read great information from the members on this site but I've hit a road block. I am growing out of a walmart closet and have 2 26w cfl's.1 110w cfl and a 65w cfl. My seedling was growing great until one day the leaves started to curl up. The same started happening to my other three seedlings and even seeds planted with the tap root won't sprout. What's wrong?! Is there not enough light? what can I do? I am using jiffy pellets to start the seeds out. Any reply would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks for helping me pin point the problem. The temps range from 88-90. What is the ideal temperature? I bought a $30 inline fan from home depot. 190cfm. Is that any good?

try to keep it around 75 to 80

The fan should work but weak. You also need to move the occillating fan in there down lower. Its blowing the hot air down. Don't drown em. Keep temps down.
