hey all... this is my first hydroponics grow attempt.... i will try my hardest to stay updated
my veg room is about 4.5x3x8 and running 2 2 foot t5 for clones and a 250 watt mh to keep 2 mothers going (1 of each strain)
I put together my own drip system for veg, 160 gph pump.

i ordered super silver haze and god bud both from 2 different places.. had a transaction problem with the god bud so had to re order them. The Super Silver Haze seeds game in and i germinated them, still waiting on the god bud seeds to arrive, hopefully they will be in by the end of next week so i can germinate them.
In Past germination i have always used the paper towel method but this time i tried out the water in cup method.... left the seeds in a couple of water for 24 hours and made sure they all sank, unfortunately i got ahead of myself and didnt read the parts about having to leave them in the water for another 12 hours and they just barely cracked open, but i stuck them in the rockwool. I was not really expecting them to pop up but i checked on them after 3 days and 1 of the seedlings popped up then the 4th day 2 more popped up and on the 5th day 4/5 seeds that i germinated came through.
going to stick them under lights tonite after i fill my resivoir with water and get the ph right.
i was going to wait until the seedling leaves flipped over and opened up a bit more but they are really starting to stretch so i am sending them into the light tonite. With my MH light off the temp drops to about 16.5 degrees so i am going to put them under 24 hour lighting to keep them warm until i figure out how i am going to keep it warm in the grow space. Any suggestions???
also right now i just have a a peice of a white and black reflective covering the front of the cabinet, came up short on wood.. going to pick some up next week to make some doors with a nice seal on them.

stuck the starter cubes in 4 inch in cubes and put them under my MH. Reeeeallly starting to think i left them in the dark too long...
my hydro store is out of stakes
really need to go out and find some tomorrow morning so i can put the drippers in
