Hello all, and welcome to my Super Skunk journal! As always please feel free to post pics, questions, and comments!

As always this strain is from Nirvana, and it is Feminized. I started off with a clone that was started off in a Rapid Rooter. After the roots poked through the Rapid Rooter, I then transplanted the clone into a 4 inch pot, filled with Black Gold Organic Potting mix (I like to start all my seeds and clones off in this because it has almost 0 fertilizer in it.. About one week later I could see that the roots have now filled the pot, and it was time to top/fim the clone. At this time I also transplanted again. This time into to a 2 1/2 gallon pot filled with 2 inches of Clay Pellets (for drainage)and then toped off with Fox Farm's Ocean Forest Organic Potting mix (this soil has plenty of fertilizer in it to feed you plants for up to 30 days)! . This is my first time using the Ocean Forest soil so i do not yet have an opinion on it, except for it is very expensive!

The pot I'm using I bought at the local $1.00 store, it was actually a 2 1/2 gallon pail with a rope on it for a handle. I drilled drain holes in the bottom and I also drilled holes around the rim so I can tie the plant to it. I use a roll of garden twisty ties to LST (Low Stress Train) the plant. I already made my first bend in the plant as you can see in the pics. The plant was not yet tall enough to reach the rim of the pot, so I had to use a steak (in this case I use the plastic label) to tie the plant down. At this point the plant was now ready for me to put it outside to vegg. Depending on how things grow, I might bring the plant back in the house to flower under my 400 watt HPS light, But I'm not exactly sure yet! We'll see!

I will post a few more pics tomorrow because the plant has been out side since yesterday and it already looks different than the pics below!
