Yea they add to 10 14 30 but then ya divide by the smallest 10 to get 1-1.4-3 but guess what that’s wrong too cause you need to measure each amendment and howmuch your adding as all are added in different amounts eg you didn’t say 1 cup kelp 1/2 cup bat guano etc that also is in the equation

Otherwise I could just give ya a spoon of chicken and a whole beef steak and say they both give ya 30grams protein if ya add em in ya diet

bag bra ya need dose so steak has 29grams per 100g protein
Chicken has 21 grams per 100grams of protein

so if I want 30 grams then 100g beef good but I’d need 120 odd grams chicken

so there is a lot more to the maths than just adding up it all changes you can’t hope a spoon of Chicken will do and that must be 21grams as it’s not

Thanks PadawanWarrior, I figured the math might be a lil different. I'm going to go with a Teaspoon or 2 each gallon of soil. I might cut it all 1 gallon short. I'm mixing everything one at a time for my 5 gallon pots, probably cut out a half gallon atleast so I have a lil room to build up n for my Compost crop cover

If you use equal parts of each like you were talking just add them all together and divide by the number of different amendments. This is as good as you're gonna get unless you go by weight instead of volume. And it actually does matter since some stuff is heavier, just not enough for me to worry about. Weighing is easy enough though if you want to do it.

So you'd have
10.5-14.6-27.7 / 6
=
1.75-2.43-4.62

Not sure what 2 cents talking about.
