Here it is.
My epic journey into my backyard.
All my girls are from seed.
Most of which I created last winter..
They list as follows.

Super Lemon Haze x Bubba Kush
Grape Punch x Snow-cap
Unnamed Hawaiian
Unnamed Hawaiian Purple
Super Lemon Haze x Goo

These girls have all been outside since last frost.(Mid Feb)
Out of about 50+ seeds only 10 flowered prematurely.

A dozen+ of my own girls are going indoors in 6 days for my summer needs.
But, that's for another thread.(Sure Shot's Revolver)

You can see from the pic that the one in the far back left is already flowering.(Hawaiian)
Also in front of that girl is a SLHxGoo that flowered early too.
The Hawaiian has not shown signs of re-veg yet but the other has.

The first pic is of these girls right after planting. 2/18
They are almost to small to see but, if you look closely you'll see 4 rows.

After weeding out the males and most of the girls that started flowering, I'm left with 8 candidates.
The second pic shows them at at just 12 days ago.
The third pic is today 5/14.

The biggest girl in the pics is a Hawaiian.
She stands at close to 40" now.:-P
The time to top these girls has come now and so I decided it's high time I threw them into a thread.

Well I have yet to top these girls.
I'm just waiting for roots to show from my last batch, should be very soon.
What a difference a week makes, huh?

I took cuttings off of a few of these and replaced the SLH x Goo with a SLH x BK.
The Goo cross molded on the bottom of the main stem:cry:.

The Hawaiian in the far back left also molded on the main stem but was far enough up that I was able to cut it out without killing her.

I'll be taking cuttings off the larger ones to even all these out shortly.
Don't want to have too many plants at once just take as needed.

Apparently it's a fungal infection most likely from watering to often.
This is the third plant effected by this so far.
First was the SLHxGoo, second was the Hawaiian in the far back left.
The Hawaiian has been doing good since I cut out the rot but that's not possible with this other Hawaiian.
I'm on the fence about just killing her now and placing a small replacement in her place.

Has anybody else had experience with this?

i've seen that in the fall, just before they die.

you may be better off replacing it, though i could be wrong. maybe let it dry out for a week and see how it looks.

Thanks for the experienced advice.
That is what I feared.
I haven't watered them in 2 days but I think she is a loss.
Tomorrow most likely she will be diced into babies and there will be a new girl on the block.

In her place stand a young Hashplant.
She's been vegging for a couple weeks in a 1gal. bag.
She had a very healthy root system and I'm anxious to see her take off.

So now my list should be revised.

There are 8 girls out there in 2 rows.
The left row consists of SLH x Bubba Kush, Hashplant, SLH x Bubba Kush, Hawaiian.
The right row consists of GP x Sc, (?????), Hawaiian Purp, Hawaiian Purp.

Ive lost a couple plants to rot before.

I think its pythium. The leaves go yellow and die, and the stem goes rotten at the bottom.

Anyone know a way to defend against this outdoors ?

Maybe there is something Sure Shot can spray on the ground around his plants to protect the others...
