Hey, i got the Swiss cheese from Nirvana
I'm curious if my plant will make it outside, i just put one of them on the balcony today, it was rly hot and i could sit with the plant and puff getting my tan on all day until now, gettin' a bit chilly when sun is slowly going down.
I live in the middle of sweden and its about 6-8 celcius here right now in the daytime, i guess it was close to 20 in the sun and the wind wasnt blowing at all but at night etc i guess its between 0-5 celclius. The weather reports say its sunset around 20:00 and sunrise 05:50, so about 10 hours of darkness, i guess its not pitch black instantly so i guess we could say 8 hours of darkness, it shouldnt make it try to flower with the cold temperature and early stage in life right?
Ive been growing it for about 3 weeks since it hit the surface, its been grown temporarly under a 70w MH light on 24/7 and its become about 25cm tall and wide, not that bushy bcuz of the weak light and the worst genetics out of 4 seeds...tho its all strong in the stem and all that, looking good in general.
To summ things up (main concerns):
Will it even make it with the cold temperature, especially without any previous outdoor training ?
If so, that it survive the temperature, will it be too much with the lightstress going from 24/7 light to between about 8-10 hours of darkness at night ?...
Please help me out to make a decission, my new 250w setup is filled to the brim with plants but if u think i will kill it for sure i could take it into the shower and plug in the 70w MH again or just bring it inside and keep it dark and take it out at noon tomorrow, continues training...getting it used to the cold and the day and night natural time...
Don't wanna stand out as a retard, i know this torture aint good for a young, untrained plant but as i read somewhere lately that someones cousin at the swedish cannabis forum put a young male outside 2-3 weeks ago and right after it became cold again and a thin layer of snow settled tho it still made it...could be bullshit. The reason im asking here and not on the swedish forum is that i think the canadians seem a bit more experienced in general =) sorry for not keeping it short ^^
