switched up the set up!

after getting a little feedback from some people here, i decided to do some pruning and rework my lights so the main part of the plant can benefit more

heres before pruning and moving:

annddd heres after, moved the lights up and mounted using old shower rod lol, trimmed her up:

im going to finish this grow with what i have, possibly buy a couple more cfls.. next grow im going to invest in some better lights:bigjoint:

good effort. but not to be a downer i dont think it is gonna make that much of a difference. you can only squeeze so much out of those lights.

I wish you the best of luck but a lanky plant is gonna have real support issues when buds start forming. Your main stem is going to be supporting all of the plants weight and it doesn't look that strong to me. When you start your next grow keep the plants as close to the plant as you can. Cfls usualy don't put off a lot of heat so you should be able to keep them pretty close. In the mean time you should think of a way to brace your plant for the weight she's gonna be putting on.

yea, shes actually sturdier than she looks. its really that fish eye lens that makes it look even more stretched out, if it comes down to it im planning on fastening some of the heavier buds up with some fishing line.. this is my first grow still and i learned a ton from it :) next time around is gonna be alot better and im going to buy some better lights
