Switching a Mama plant (Hydro) to her Clones in "Soil".. Takes time to "Adjust"?

That's about the thick of it folks.

Any ideas about this? Mama plant grown in "Hydro" at local dispensary, I then took her clones (1st generation) and started them in "soil", grew them indoors using a 400W MH, no major production or quantity. Then took clones from these to start (2nd Generation) where I now am at in my "makeshift" greenhouse.

Seems to me that when you grow a plant in hydro and want to clone the plant for soil.. then it seems to take at least 2-3 generations for the plant to adjust/transition from water to soil and grow properly.

Anyone else noticed this?My Girls Aug 3rd 13. 3.jpgMy Girls Aug 3rd 13. 6.jpg

I haven't seen this. You could do a couple of things to combat what you are witnessing. When I take a clone from aeroponics or DWC I use Orgonian on the roots before I put them in the soil and they take off like a shot. You could also try to use soil less mix. It's basically hydroponics with a dirt looking substance. The results are very good compared to soil but I would argue that they need to be watered more in the soil less mix. Can you tell us what soil and nuits you are using?
