Switching seedlings from 24/7 to 15/9.. NYCD, The Church and Blue Moonshine

Hello! With the grow faq down, I'm having trouble finding an answer for this. I started a batch of seeds in soil about a week and a half a go under 24/7 light. I want to switch them to 15/9 because that is what the light will be at when they go outside in another few weeks. Is it kosher to go ahead and switch to 15/9 now or should i have started them on that from the beginning?

I could let them mature inside, flower them after taking cuttings. Then use the cutting's outside, but this would push it back a few more weeks at least and those weeks could be spent outside vegging and getting huge. What do you guys think? Am i safe switching them off of 24/7 to 15/9 or will it screw them up?

I just stuck mine right out and planted one morning after 24/0 light regime. They looked perky the very next day.
